NC Regulatory Sandbox Expression of Interest

A prospective applicant may contact the Council to request a consultation regarding the Regulatory Sandbox program before submitting a formal application. Additionally, applicants may request an opportunity to present their innovative product or service at a Council meeting. All presentation requests are subject to Council approval, based on an assessment of whether the applicant's expression of interest demonstrates an intent to propose a Fintech, Insurtech, blockchain, or other new or emerging technology eligible for participation in the Regulatory Sandbox program.

The Executive Director will acknowledge receipt of all submission via email.
